2. Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only offer shipping within Canada to ensure a dedicated and reliable service for the local market.

Where are the products shipped from?
All Madora Boutique products are shipped from our main warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days.

Note: Delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or courier issues.

 

What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement. If a package is confirmed lost, a refund will be issued immediately.

3. Orders & Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are encrypted and secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipping.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your claim. The credit will be applied to your original payment method.
